Our General Shipping Policies:

  • We ship primary with Fedex and USPS for most shipments. (Subject to change without notice) All Free Shipping products are to be shipped with USPS First Class, Priority or Fedex Ground.
  • All orders confirmed before 2:00pm PST during business days are mostly shipped within the same day. All orders confirmed after 2:00pm PST are to be shipped out the following business day. Not all shipment are qualified for Saturday delivery. Please check with your local postal service to see if they deliver mail on Saturdays. Upgrade to Saturday delivery is possible with an upgrade shipping fee.
  • Standard Overnight (Express Mail) service cut off time at 1:00pm PST on every business day. Orders confirmed after 1:00pm PST will be shipped out the following business day. Upgraded express or Overnight shipping service are not refundable. We only ship express orders with FEDEX. FEDEX does not ship to PO Boxes. Therefore, a Physical address must be provided for any express orders. If PO Box address were the only options, we can ship with USPS overnight however, the delivery is not a guaranteed.
  • We only ship to confirmed delivery address. No exception. mimotron.com is not responsible for any recall of shipment after it's shipped or any lost due to outdated address. Shall any address needed to be updated, please inform us to hold your order for changes within 2 business hours after order is placed. Please email us at support@mimotron.com and provide your order confirmation number for further assistance.
  • If a package is returned due to address error provided by customer, we can only reship it once with correct address provided. If return occur again, we will refund the order minus the shipping cost.
  • If any other shipping method or instructions is needed, please also email to us when order is placed so we can further communicate the shipping matter before the order is processed.
  • Shipments are sent out only during the business days except Holidays.
